Freelance Translator, English into Arabic (Life Sciences)

About the role
The IQVIA Translation Services team is looking for freelance translators who translate life sciences content from English into Arabic. You will work with a global industry leader to deliver content in the target language and market quickly and effectively. Permanent positions may also be considered for qualified candidates.
Required profile
- Native fluency in Arabic, spoken and written.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
- At least 1 year of experience translating, reviewing and editing life sciences content, including clinical trial documents, clearly described in the CV.
- A university degree in translation or linguistics and at least 2 years of translation experience, or no degree and at least 5 years of translation experience.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and independently.
- Prior experience with a translation and localisation company is desirable but not essential.
Required skills
- Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools is a must.
