About the role
We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Mohandessin, Giza. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in French, providing assistance and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in French.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Document interactions and update customer records.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
Required profile
- French language proficiency at least B2 level.
- English language proficiency at least B1 level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior customer service experience is a plus.
