About the role
We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Mohandessin, Giza. The position works the morning shift and involves assisting customers in French while providing a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in French.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
- Document interactions and update customer records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service quality.
Required profile
- French language proficiency at least B2 level.
- English language proficiency at least B1 level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
