French-English Medical Interpreter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Medical Interpreter to provide video remote interpretation (VRI) services for our global clients. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from a home office while supporting healthcare communication across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate French‑English medical interpretation via video calls.
• Participate in remote training sessions and scheduled team meetings.
• Maintain a professional appearance and an organized workspace during all video interactions.
• Ensure stable internet connectivity and technical readiness at all times.
• Follow company guidelines, confidentiality policies, and quality standards.
• Manage assigned interpretation sessions efficiently while meeting performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adapt to new interpretation tools and platforms as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Currently residing in Egypt.
• Professional demeanor suitable for video‑based interpretation.

Required skills

• USB headset (small preferred).
• Full HD webcam.
• Wired Ethernet internet connection.
• Minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• Computer running AMD or Mac operating system.
