French Quality Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Quality Analyst to join our team in Egypt. You will analyse raw data, identify trends and provide actionable insights that help improve our services and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data according to defined business rules and procedures.
• Perform CSAT/DSAT root‑cause analysis and produce regular reports.
• Calculate statistical sample sizes for transaction monitoring and assign tasks to QA representatives.
• Maintain and update client and internal reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Organise calibration sessions, analyse results and communicate findings.
• Identify training needs for new hires and support continuous‑improvement initiatives (DMAIC, Six Sigma).
• Participate in problem‑solving sessions and attend scheduled meetings to provide performance feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• French and English proficiency at B2 level or higher (CEFR).
• At least 12 months of experience as a Quality Analyst.
