French Travel Agent – GDS (Amadeus)

About the role

ATAIN is seeking a French‑bilingual Customer Service Representative with experience in the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS). The role involves assisting travelers with reservations, modifications, and inquiries while delivering a seamless experience in a fast‑paced, international call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Process flight bookings, changes, cancellations and other travel requests using the Amadeus GDS.
• Provide professional support in both French and English, ensuring high service standards.
• Document interactions accurately and follow internal procedures.
• Achieve quality, productivity and performance targets set by the team.

Required profile

• French language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Minimum six months of hands‑on experience with Amadeus GDS.
• Egyptian nationality and immediate availability.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts and flexible days off.
