Fresh Sales Broker – Real Estate (New Cairo)

About the role

EgyProperty is looking for a Fresh Sales Broker to join its on‑site team in Cairo. The broker will manage client interactions, support property transactions and help customers buy, sell or rent properties in New Cairo and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and follow up on leads through phone, email and social media.
• Conduct property tours and present listings that match client requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local real‑estate projects and market trends.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Negotiate terms within company guidelines and build long‑term client relationships.
• Travel between properties using a personal, reliable car.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage multiple viewings and meetings.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Familiarity with Cairo and New Cairo neighborhoods; knowledge of local market trends is a plus.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred but not mandatory.
