Fulfilment Center Supervisor – Outbound Operations

About the role

Join Amazon Operations as a Fulfilment Center Supervisor overseeing outbound activities in first‑mile, middle‑mile, or final‑mile facilities. You will lead shift teams, ensure safety, and drive the efficient delivery of customer orders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, train, and motivate associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve performance issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Analyze data, innovate, and optimize processes to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand/walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, and perform frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
