Furniture Branch Manager

About the role

Art House Furniture is seeking a full‑time Furniture Branch Manager to lead its New Cairo showroom. The role combines operational oversight, sales leadership, and customer service excellence to ensure the branch meets its revenue targets while delivering a premium in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including showroom layout, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Supervise, train, and coach staff, setting performance targets and monitoring results.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and drive the team to achieve revenue goals.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations, maintaining high standards of service.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for senior management.
• Support local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in furniture or home décor.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in staff training and performance oversight.
• Solid customer service and sales expertise, capable of building relationships and managing escalations.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and store operations.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to visual presentation.
• Effective communication in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Familiarity with the New Cairo market is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
• Competence in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using inventory management systems.
