Geocycle Site Supervisor

About the role

The Geocycle Site Supervisor will manage daily operations at the Sokhna plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible processing of alternative fuels and industrial waste. The role focuses on maintaining equipment integrity, product quality, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce health and safety legislation, policies, and PPE management.
• Operate and monitor platform systems, recording downtime and optimizing feed rates.
• Maintain fire detection and prevention systems and develop risk assessments and safe work instructions.
• Oversee stockpile aeration, temperature monitoring, and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare, receive, inspect, and unload alternative fuel blends (RDF, biomass, TDF) and manage their storage.
• Coordinate industrial waste receipt, handling, and preparation for co‑processing.
• Monitor and maintain the biomass screening system’s reliability and performance.
• Collect, analyse, and report daily operational data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in plant or industrial site supervision, preferably in alternative fuel or waste processing.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to lead teams, enforce standards, and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
