German Quality Analyst

About the role

The German Quality Analyst will analyse raw data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. This role focuses on CSAT/DSAT analysis, transaction monitoring and continuous improvement using DMAIC and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data according to defined business rules and procedures.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on CSAT/DSAT data and generate reports.
• Calculate statistical sample sizes for transaction monitoring and assign tasks to QA representatives.
• Maintain and update client and internal reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Organise calibration sessions, analyse results and communicate findings.
• Identify training needs for new hires through data‑driven analysis.
• Participate in DMAIC problem‑solving sessions and process‑level improvements.
• Monitor calibrated transactions and ensure language‑skill compliance.
• Attend meetings, provide feedback on team performance and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• German and English proficiency at B2 level or higher (CEFR).
• At least 12 months experience as a Quality Analyst.
