About the role
The General Ledger (GL) Accountant will join KSB Company in Egypt, supporting the finance team with journal entry processing, month‑end and year‑end close, and management reporting. The role ensures accurate accounting records and compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities.
- Support management reporting and financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Utilize the company’s ERP/accounting system to process transactions and generate reports.
- Assist in monthly closing activities.
- Assist tax inspection together with tax advisors.
- Assist in interim and annual audit activities.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 month of relevant accounting experience.
