Global Chief Commercial Officer (Fruit Ingredients) B2B

About the role

The Global Chief Commercial Officer will lead the commercial function for a fast‑growing fruit‑ingredients manufacturer serving B2B customers worldwide. Reporting to the CEO, the CCO will shape and execute the global sales, marketing and business‑development strategy for citrus, tomato and multi‑fruit portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a global commercial strategy that drives revenue and margin across all product lines.
• Lead and develop Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams in Cairo and Europe.
• Manage P&L, pricing, margin optimization, forecasting and profitability for the fruit‑ingredients portfolio.
• Expand the existing customer base and deepen relationships with traders, blenders, beverage manufacturers, flavor houses and distributors.
• Negotiate major contracts and oversee the execution of large‑scale B2B deals.
• Monitor market trends in citrus and fruit ingredients and adapt the portfolio to meet international demand.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the fruit‑ingredients sector, with a strong focus on citrus (NFC, concentrates, essential oils, aromas).
• Proven track record of commercial success with global B2B customers in Europe, the US and preferably the GCC.
• Extensive network of industry contacts including traders, blenders, beverage processors and flavor houses.
• Demonstrated leadership of sales, marketing and business‑development teams.
• Strong financial acumen in pricing, margin management and forecasting.
