Global Continuous Improvement & Governance Lead

About the role

Unilever’s People Experience function is transforming its service delivery model worldwide. The Global Continuous Improvement & Governance Lead will drive governance compliance and continuous‑improvement programmes across all markets and hubs, ensuring processes are standardised, efficient and aligned with the 4E strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce global governance policies, identifying gaps and coordinating corrective actions.
• Facilitate training and communication to embed governance principles at every organisational level.
• Analyse performance data to uncover improvement opportunities and develop Lean or Six Sigma projects.
• Design, implement and track continuous‑improvement road‑maps in partnership with regional teams.
• Create standardised tools, templates and best‑practice guidelines to reduce redundancies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in governance, process optimisation or continuous‑improvement within a large, global organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to influence across regions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead projects from concept through delivery.
