Global Talent HR Platforms Consultant

About the role

The Global Talent HR Platforms Consultant will join Accenture’s HR Strategy & Transformation team to help clients redesign their HR operating models and implement SaaS‑based HR solutions. This role works across industries, leveraging Accenture’s global delivery network to drive people‑centric transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize HR operating models, organization structures, and capability frameworks.
• Develop competency‑based talent management approaches, including modelling, assessment and integration with HR processes.
• Conduct workforce effectiveness analysis, planning and optimization.
• Assess, design and deploy HR shared‑service models.
• Lead process‑excellence initiatives for HR and talent processes, driving innovation and implementation.
• Implement HR SaaS solutions, covering process design, configuration, training and change enablement.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of business process re‑engineering applied to HR and talent management.
• Proven experience in HR and talent management process design.
• Hands‑on experience with HR system implementations.
• Ability to work in a distributed, global delivery model (onsite, near‑shore, offshore).
