Graduate Program - Supply & Demand Planning

About the role

Red Bull offers a one-year graduate program starting January 2027, focused on emerging talent in brand marketing. The role supports the planning team in preparing schedules, analysing data, monitoring performance and helping with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities. It also involves using automation, robotics and digital tools to simplify planning, cut manual work and improve accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare plans, forecasts, schedules, reports, dashboards and presentations for demand, supply, inventory, production, capacity and financial planning.
• Support demand reviews, supply reviews, pre-S&OP and executive S&OP meetings and IBP activities.
• Compare demand and supply plans, track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels and plan adherence, and highlight variances, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate planning data, records, templates and meeting action logs.
• Collect and analyse data from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement and other departments, and prepare reports and dashboards for business reviews.
• Work with teams to align plans, follow up on actions and support planning processes.
• Identify manual and repetitive activities and help develop automated reports, dashboards, workflows and planning tools.
• Assist with robotics and RPA solutions, test, document and improve automated planning processes, and take part in training, graduate projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1-2 years of experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Previous internship, university project or extracurricular experience in operations, supply chain, analytics or process improvement is an advantage but not required.
