POS Warehouse Senior Specialist

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a POS Warehouse Senior Specialist in Cairo to play a key role in its logistics operations, both for Red Bull and its 3PL partner. The role covers POSM inbound, outbound, deployments, installations, 3PL KPIs, maintenance and asset tracking, and involves managing inventory and overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Report all KPIs according to SLA, and prepare reports on assets, budget performance, daily deployments, weekly POSM movements, WH and transportation damages, WH utilization and monthly stock counts.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and shipping, and coordinate staff efficiently.
• Follow up on 3PL system transactions from inbound to outbound, and ensure loading and offloading comply with the agreed SLA.
• Plan and allocate resources to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, and conduct monthly stock reconciliations.
• Review and handle damages and inventory claims, tracking them by serial number.
• Lead internal processes and SLAs with stakeholders, manage the deployment plan with planning, marketing, sales and the 3PL, and audit service provider invoices.
• Ensure on-time delivery, enforce Red Bull policies and safety regulations, and resolve warehouse issues while keeping good employee relations.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff, identify process improvements and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Solid experience in end-to-end supply chain and logistics execution.
• Proven record of driving efficiency in warehousing and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience leading multiple stakeholders, working under pressure and adapting quickly.
• Process-oriented, with experience in change management projects and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Ability to analyse data from multiple sources and learn new tools quickly.
