Graduate Repair Engineer – Gas Turbine (Egypt Service Center)

About the role

Join Siemens Energy’s two‑year Graduate Program as a Repair Engineer at the Egypt Service Center. You will work on gas turbine blade and vane repair, gaining hands‑on experience in a critical component of turbine performance and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Product Engineering Owner for blades and vanes within the repair scope.
• Support the full repair lifecycle: technical assessment, concept definition, qualification and execution.
• Collaborate with repair operations, quality teams and global engineering stakeholders.
• Contribute to the localisation and expansion of repair capabilities in Egypt.
• Apply advanced welding, inspection and refurbishment technologies while ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy standards.

Required profile

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related field.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanics, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Internship or working‑student experience (optional up to 36 months).
• At least 3 months of international exposure (study or work).
• Fluent English, good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
