Head of HR

About the role

The Head of HR will lead the people function for a fast‑growing food technology organisation based in Cairo. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute the overall people strategy, ensuring HR initiatives support business objectives and drive organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the people strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development and succession initiatives.
• Strengthen organisational capabilities through development programmes and culture building.
• Oversee HR operations, performance management and employee engagement.
• Partner with senior leaders to align HR priorities with business goals.
• Drive organisational development and change management projects.

Required profile

• 12+ years of HR experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, preferably food tech or technology.
• Experience leading an HR function and partnering with senior executives.
• Strong background in talent management, organisational development and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
