Health Safety Environment Supervisor

About the role

POWERCHINA is seeking a full‑time Health Safety Environment (HSE) Supervisor to work on‑site in As Suways, Egypt. You will lead the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies, ensuring that all project activities comply with legal and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections and regular audits.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with local regulations and company safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) practices.
• Experience in occupational health, accident investigations and safety inspections.
• Preferred certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
