HR Business Partner – Factory (6 October Plant)

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR Business Partner to join its 6th of October plant. Reporting to the Africa & Trading Head of People & Performance, you will work closely with the Plant Leadership Team to translate business needs into a clear people strategy that drives performance, safety, engagement and talent sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance management initiatives and quarterly appraisal cycles.
• Drive organizational planning for leadership positions and critical roles.
• Participate in interview and selection panels and facilitate talent mobility across functions.
• Design lean organization structures, simplify processes and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor legislation.
• Coach leaders on development planning, continuous feedback and mentoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience across multiple HR domains such as Talent & Development and Compensation & Benefits.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, change‑leadership skills and business acumen.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication skills.
