About the role
Kraft Heinz is seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR Business Partner to join its 6th of October plant. Reporting to the Africa & Trading Head of People & Performance, you will work closely with the Plant Leadership Team to translate business needs into a clear people strategy that drives performance, safety, engagement and talent sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead performance management initiatives and quarterly appraisal cycles.
- Drive organizational planning for leadership positions and critical roles.
- Participate in interview and selection panels and facilitate talent mobility across functions.
- Design lean organization structures, simplify processes and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor legislation.
- Coach leaders on development planning, continuous feedback and mentoring.
Required profile
- Proven experience across multiple HR domains such as Talent & Development and Compensation & Benefits.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving ability, change‑leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent project‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Fluent English communication skills.
