HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, is hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Sadat City, Egypt. The role covers day-to-day HR administration, payroll support, recruitment coordination and employee relations, and works closely with the Learning and Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Payroll to make sure payroll is timely, accurate and efficient, including data organization and calculations for pay, benefits, bonuses, individual income tax and related data.
• Handle colleague relationship tasks such as offer letters, labor contracts, probation, adjustments, benefits enrollment and other related matters.
• Keep all HR documents, colleague information, government documents and staffing records filed and accurate.
• Assist recruitment, including arranging interviews and taking part in them, and process paperwork for new hires.
• Coordinate the exit process for departing employees.
• Work with the Learning and Development team to coordinate training events, assist on training cases and manage training contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Solid working knowledge of local labour laws and HR processes.
• Manufacturing experience is considered a plus.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of HR line operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience with Workday, Oracle HR or similar HRIS; willingness to learn new software.
• Strong communication, organizational and attention-to-detail skills, able to work independently and in a team.
