About the role
Elite Business Services Solutions (EBSS) is seeking an HR Coordinator to support its growing team in Tanta. You will play a key part in attracting talent, managing performance processes, and fostering employee engagement across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Support performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations matters.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or general HR functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and performance management practices.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
