About the role
We are seeking an HR Generalist to strengthen our Human Resources team. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle, especially for blue‑collar positions, and supporting key HR functions within a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process with a strong emphasis on blue‑collar hiring.
- Execute the annual recruitment plan in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Prepare HR reports, including recruitment and turnover metrics.
- Support updates to the organizational structure and coordinate training activities.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on schedule.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Demonstrated experience in blue‑collar recruitment (mandatory).
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.
