HR Generalist

About the role

Westview International Language School is looking for a passionate and innovative HR Generalist to work on site in its department in 6th of October City. The role covers day-to-day HR administration, recruitment and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee records
• Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, contracts and personnel files
• Support attendance, leave and payroll-related processes
• Handle employee inquiries, grievances and HR-related concerns
• Support performance management, training and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
• Good knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian Labor Law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good English
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in a school or educational environment is a plus

Required skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
