HR Generalist – Onsite in Giza

About the role

Talent 360 is looking for an HR Generalist to join its on‑site team in Giza, Egypt. You will be a key partner in delivering day‑to‑day HR services, ensuring compliance, and supporting the development of people‑first strategies that boost engagement and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits, including medical and social insurance.
• Provide operational HR support, handling payroll, recruitment and personnel matters.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations.
• Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
• Contribute to the design and execution of HR initiatives that promote a positive work environment.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in HR functions.
• Business or related degree.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, payroll and personnel administration.
