HR Generalist – Onsite in Giza

About the role
Talent 360 is looking for an HR Generalist to join its on‑site team in Giza, Egypt. You will be a key partner in delivering day‑to‑day HR services, ensuring compliance, and supporting the development of people‑first strategies that boost engagement and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical and social insurance.
- Provide operational HR support, handling payroll, recruitment and personnel matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
- Contribute to the design and execution of HR initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in HR functions.
- Business or related degree.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Hands‑on experience in recruitment, payroll and personnel administration.
