HR Generalist – People Experience & Operations

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s People Experience team as an HR Generalist supporting the Biscuits plant. You will act as a process specialist within the Digital Services ecosystem, ensuring seamless HR service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People Experience agenda for the Biscuits plant, executing all related initiatives with excellence.
• Drive Work & Life Operations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
• Submit monthly payroll inputs and partner with the plant People Lead to align HR actions with business goals.
• Manage the case management system, meeting defined service level agreements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, promote process standardisation, and ensure data‑protection compliance.
• Analyse exceptions, produce reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Support local projects and initiatives, contributing to sustainable continuous‑improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
• 3‑4 years of experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations, preferably in a plant environment.
• Experience working in a shared‑service organisation and strong teamwork and influencing abilities.
• Proven capability in process design, mapping and business‑requirement gathering.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
