HR Intern – Learning & Development Support

About the role
This internship supports the Learning & Development team in delivering training initiatives that boost employee growth and organisational capability. You will gain practical experience in learning operations, content creation, and performance development within a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning events across departments.
- Track attendance, feedback and completion rates to ensure program effectiveness.
- Maintain and update learning databases, records and dashboards.
- Help develop training materials such as presentations, guides and e‑learning content.
- Support evaluation of training programmes through surveys and reporting.
- Research new learning trends, tools and technologies.
- Coordinate with internal trainers, external vendors and HR business partners.
- Assist onboarding training for new hires, preparing orientation materials and scheduling sessions.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files of training documents and feedback forms.
- Participate in L&D projects like digital learning implementation, competency mapping and performance development initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Learning & Development concepts and HR functions.
- Strong organisational, communication and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality and a proactive learning attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
