HR Intern – Learning & Development Support

About the role

This internship supports the Learning & Development team in delivering training initiatives that boost employee growth and organisational capability. You will gain practical experience in learning operations, content creation, and performance development within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning events across departments.
  • Track attendance, feedback and completion rates to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update learning databases, records and dashboards.
  • Help develop training materials such as presentations, guides and e‑learning content.
  • Support evaluation of training programmes through surveys and reporting.
  • Research new learning trends, tools and technologies.
  • Coordinate with internal trainers, external vendors and HR business partners.
  • Assist onboarding training for new hires, preparing orientation materials and scheduling sessions.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files of training documents and feedback forms.
  • Participate in L&D projects like digital learning implementation, competency mapping and performance development initiatives.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Learning & Development concepts and HR functions.
  • Strong organisational, communication and presentation abilities.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality and a proactive learning attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
