HR Management Supervisor – Cairo

About the role

Eni is seeking an HR Management Supervisor to join its IEOC Production BV team in Cairo. The role provides operational HR support across recruitment, employee administration, training, performance management, employee relations and reporting, while ensuring smooth communication between staff, management and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end selection and recruitment processes for all vacancies.
• Prepare onboarding and off‑boarding documentation.
• Conduct phone screening interviews and provide feedback to the HR manager.
• Prepare the local G&A budget and contribute to the 4‑year financial plan.
• Draft local HR procedures for management approval.
• Administer HR‑related MSGs and annexes.
• Monitor the medical scheme and related deductions.
• Handle local administrative tasks (attendance, overtime, settlements, vacation balances).
• Coordinate training and development for local and expatriate staff, managing the budget with HQ.
• Prepare mobilization documents for nominated Eni candidates assigned to IEOC/JV.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field.
• Relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial or energy environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee administration, training, performance management and HR reporting.
