HR Officer – Payroll & Recruitment (Factory)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage recruitment, payroll and employee services for our factory in 10th of Ramadan City. You will act as a key partner for blue‑collar staff, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar positions, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and hiring.
• Oversee the complete payroll process for factory employees, including overtime tracking and approvals.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support on compensation, leaves, medical care and resolve employee issues.
• Maintain the HR information system for hiring, resignations and leave management.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and keep employee master data up to date.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in creating the annual training plan.
• Manage the training cycle, generate training reports and evaluate impact.
• Conduct exit interviews and produce related analysis reports.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an HR Officer, administrator or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, and training & development.
• Good understanding of Egyptian labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with an HRMS is a plus.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Social Studies or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., PHR) are advantageous.
