HR Personnel – Full-time HR Operations Specialist

About the role
Derma Club Clinics, a leading dermatology and cosmetic clinic in New Cairo, is seeking a full-time HR Personnel to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support a positive workplace environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily HR operations, including employee record management and payroll administration.
- Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support training and development initiatives to promote continuous growth of staff.
- Contribute to fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
Required profile
- Proven proficiency in HR management and HR practices.
- Experience in HR operations such as payroll and employee records.
- Ability to deliver training and development programs.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of labor regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus.
