About the role

Derma Club Clinics, a leading dermatology and cosmetic clinic in New Cairo, is seeking a full-time HR Personnel to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support a positive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

Handle daily HR operations, including employee record management and payroll administration.
Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Administer employee benefits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support training and development initiatives to promote continuous growth of staff.
Contribute to fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Required profile

Proven proficiency in HR management and HR practices.
Experience in HR operations such as payroll and employee records.
Ability to deliver training and development programs.
Strong communication skills and knowledge of labor regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus.
