HR Recruiter

About the role

Connectalents is seeking an HR Recruiter to support a chain of ladies‑only fitness centres in Nasr City, Egypt. The recruiter will be responsible for end‑to‑end hiring for both operational (blue‑collar) and professional (white‑collar) positions, ensuring the centres are staffed with qualified talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across the fitness centres.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring timelines.
• Coordinate recruitment activities for both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated success hiring both blue‑collar and white‑collar employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Effective sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
