HR Recruiter Specialist

About the role

The HR Recruiter Specialist will support Wonder Travel’s talent acquisition needs by managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions. Working from the office at Tahrir Square, you will collaborate with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Publish job vacancies on multiple recruitment platforms and monitor incoming applications.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential talent for future openings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• At least one year of hands‑on recruitment experience.
• Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
