HSE Medical Coordinator

About the role

Subsea7 is looking for an HSE Medical Coordinator to support the implementation of its Health Service. The role ensures medical facilities, occupational health systems and the working environment meet Subsea7, client, flag state and national requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a positive HSE culture and the Subsea7 Critical Safety Behaviours Programme.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE policies, processes and procedures.
• Provide medical care, emergency evacuation advice and occupational health surveillance.
• Oversee the operation of on‑site health care facilities where applicable.
• Collect, analyse and report medical statistics to management and clients.
• Deliver occupational health and safety training as required.
• Conduct health risk assessments, inspections and audits.
• Support emergency drill preparation and execution.
• Coordinate with HSE representatives and external providers.
• Assist with budget analysis, regulatory compliance and subcontractor HSE oversight.

Required profile

• Proven experience in occupational health, medical care and emergency response within industrial environments.
• Ability to advise management on hygiene, safety and health standards.
• Strong analytical skills for medical reporting and risk assessment.
• Experience collaborating with project teams, clients and external service providers.
