Center Quality Assurance Specialist (Mansoura)

About the role

The Center Quality Assurance Specialist will support the Center Quality Manager in ensuring that all operations comply with internal policies, Egyptian regulations, and cGMP standards. This role involves reviewing documentation, equipment, and processes to maintain high quality and safety standards at the donor center.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic reviews of donor center records and equipment quality control logs.
• Review equipment incident logs and verify sample shipments before release.
• Inspect and release incoming supplies.
• Perform regular employee observations and document findings.
• Assist the Center Quality Manager in enforcing cGMP regulations and SOP adherence.
• Help edit and update SOPs according to regulatory guidelines.
• Review documentation of unsuitable test results and manage disposition of affected units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related science.
• Knowledge of quality management principles and cGMP requirements.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
