Human Resources Lead (HR Business Partner)

About the role

As the HR Business Partner Lead, you will align HR strategies with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and managers. You will drive talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement to support a high‑performance culture and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide expert HR advice and guidance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, development, and retention.
• Manage employee performance and lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence on compensation, benefits, learning & development, and diversity initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to deliver effective HR services.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR leadership role.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of BPO operations, challenges, and talent needs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
