About the role
The Human Resources Manager will lead the full HR lifecycle for a consulting firm in Cairo, working hybrid with occasional remote days. This senior position partners with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian and Saudi Arabian labor laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS data.
- Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and conduct interviews.
- Manage employee contracts, benefits, and learning & development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, resolve conflicts, and support organizational change.
- Contribute to HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in core HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor law in Egypt & Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in organizational development, change management, and providing HR insights to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
