Human Resources Manager

About the role

Fathy Ibrahim, a family‑owned luxury accessories brand with over 90 years of heritage, is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Manager to join its team in 6 October City. You will lead HR operations, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while maintaining compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Design, implement, and maintain HR policies in line with local labor laws.
• Lead performance management, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and HR‑related projects.

Required profile

• Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
• Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and culture building.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Experience in performance management, training, and employee development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
