Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join Guarantee Tours, a leading travel agency in Cairo. The role will manage the full recruitment cycle, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with Egyptian labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.
• Handle employee onboarding, contracts, personnel files and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, vacations, leaves and maintain employee records.
• Support performance appraisal and KPI processes.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labour laws and company policies.
• Assist management with workforce planning and organisational development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in tourism, travel, hospitality or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, personnel functions and Egyptian Labour Law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
