ICQA Supervisor – Inbound/Outbound Operations

About the role

As an ICQA Supervisor you will lead a team within an Amazon fulfillment centre, overseeing either inbound or outbound operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and performance while fostering a culture of productivity and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources, identify training needs and manage attendance and performance.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities, ensuring safety, quality, and member experience.
• Communicate departmental expectations, promote teamwork and open communication.
• Monitor safety procedures, document incidents and enforce safe working practices.
• Track production metrics, analyse data and develop improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure support for projects.
• Mentor, coach and provide progressive discipline, recognising top performance.
• Conduct daily and weekly time‑card reviews to ensure pay accuracy.
• Perform additional duties such as rotating shifts, extended hours and pass‑down reporting.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shift work, holidays and early/late shift arrivals.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of operational requirements and a statistical mindset.
