Indirect Sales Audit & Quality Specialist

About the role

The Indirect Sales Audit & Quality Specialist ensures that indirect retail locations comply with company policies, deliver high‑quality customer service, and handle cash and POS transactions accurately. You will conduct regular on‑site audits, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement across the retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly on‑site audits of retail sites, reviewing cash handling, POS transactions and overall operational compliance.
• Evaluate customer centrality and service quality against standardized checklists and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with scores, findings, and actionable recommendations for site management.
• Escalate identified risks and non‑compliance issues and track remediation progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑2 years of experience in fintech or telecommunications (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of cash handling procedures and POS transaction flows.
• Familiarity with audit principles, checklists and scoring methodologies.
