Indoor Telesales Agent – Banking Sector

About the role

We are looking for energetic indoor telesales agents to promote banking products for a leading bank. The role involves contacting prospective customers, presenting offers, and converting inquiries into signed accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the assigned territories.
• Explain banking products and services, answer questions, and address objections.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and commission goals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with branch staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., MS Office).

What we offer

• Gross base salary of EGP 9,000 per month plus commission up to EGP 20,000.
• Transportation provided to Katameya – Industrial Area and 6th of October branches.
• Medical and social insurance coverage.
• Working hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with Fridays and Saturdays off.
