Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to design and execute influencer campaigns for a fast‑growing US startup. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work directly with founders and senior marketing leaders while building a strong portfolio in international growth marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Source, vet, and onboard influencers across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Lead high‑volume outreach, matching creators with campaign objectives and brand tone.
• Develop briefs, scripts and video assets to ensure timely, on‑brand delivery.
• Track engagement metrics, analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Maintain strong influencer relationships through consistent communication.
• Update talent databases and compile clear, actionable campaign reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Strong outreach skills with a high‑volume sourcing mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, data‑driven and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
