Installation Engineer

About the role

The Installation Engineer will lead the planning and execution of installation activities across multiple project sites. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee installation plans for multiple sites, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to schedules.
• Lead and coordinate installation teams, monitor progress, and resolve operational challenges.
• Assess manpower needs and deploy qualified personnel promptly.
• Provide technical support during installations, troubleshoot site issues, and ensure quality compliance.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and technical assessments during tendering and estimation phases.
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Monitor installation performance, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects meet company and client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and installation projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Own a private car.

Required skills

• Proficiency with surveying and measurement tools and equipment.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
