Architect - Site Supervision

About the role

Design Dialogue is looking for a Site Architect to join its Cairo office. The role focuses on overseeing site execution, ensuring design intent is met, and delivering projects with high quality and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site works and verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
• Review drawings, BOQs and shop drawings for accuracy.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular site reports and manage timelines.
• Resolve technical issues on‑site and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure safety standards, quality control and adherence to project schedules.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in site supervision or architectural execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience with residential or commercial projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Revit (a plus).
