About the role
MetLife is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join its Cairo office. The role focuses on selling insurance policies, supporting customers with their insurance needs, and driving brokerage activities to meet sales objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
- Sell a range of insurance policies and manage brokerage activities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain positive, long‑term relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in insurance sales and brokerage.
- Strong customer‑service background with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo, Egypt.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field (preferred).
