Internal Audit Manager – Finance & Compliance

About the role

Jazeera Paints is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead the audit function across finance, operations and compliance. The role involves designing audit plans, executing fieldwork, and delivering actionable reports that support risk mitigation and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive audit plans, define objectives, scope, resources and timelines.
• Identify and assess key organizational risks and conduct detailed audits of finance, operations and compliance processes.
• Utilise SAP to extract and analyse data required for audit testing.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, recommendations and management action plans.
• Follow‑up on corrective action requests and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Oversee, mentor and evaluate a team of internal auditors, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Review governance frameworks, ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in internal audit, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop audit teams.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, control management and regulatory compliance.
